Our work environment is great. Thanks to the flat hierarchies, we all see ourselves as a part of the big picture. Communication is easy and good which invites to discuss problems and promotes ideas. We have a great feeling of togetherness. We all at EAZY are members of the same team; we support each other and communicate openly. We help each other which results in a good sense of cohesion. Everybody can develop oneself which increases the motivation. Every individual employee is perceived as a person and is part of EAZY. We are EAZY.

For me, EAZY is the best employer I can imagine. I can learn many new things here. My work is appreciated which increases my self-confidence. The team spirit is much better than I would have expected of work colleagues when returning into a regular employment after 20 years of self-employment as a freelancer. The freedom we have here is great. We all meet at eye level and have a phenomenal culture of discussion. The every days’ joint lunch breaks are especially nice.
