Separate collection of waste equipment
Electrical and electronic equipment which has become waste is called waste equipment. Batteries and accumulators
The owners of waste equipment must normally remove old batteries and accumulators out of waste equipment before bringing it to the collection point
provided the batteries and accumulators are not enclosed in the waste equipment. This does not apply if the waste equipment
is handed over to public waste management authorities and separated there
for the purpose of the preparation for reuse.

3. Possibilities of a return of waste equipment
Owners of waste equipment from private households may dispose them at the collection points of public waste management authorities
or return them to the manufacturers or distributors according to the ElektroG (German
Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act). You will find an online list of the collection and return points here:
https://www.ear-system.de/ear-verzeichnis/sammel-und-ruecknahmestellen.jsf

4. Date privacy statement
Waste equipment often includes sensitive personal data.
